- 1. Every Wednesday till August end, you enter The Cone of silent stillness to Receive the day’s healing for 30 minutes from 6:00PM IST, Eastern Time (ET) – 8:30 AM, Central Time (CT) – 7:30 AM
- 2. Each Wednesday The Cone willl have a different energy and you will have the corresponding Decree, For today, choose either the thumb hold or vayu mudra to stabilize your mind. It is not compulsory to do them
- 3. It is compulsory that YOU be silent too – no taking calls, talking or scrolling a screen. If you can also be still in one place, that would be great but it is optional i.e. you can walk around in silence
- 4. In our Cone today (as Mercury officially finishes his retrograde), keep your wits about you with BE MindFULL BE! X 5 times which is both, relaxing and grounding as it brings us into the body We shall be working with the solar plexus chakra to REPLACE anxiety & worries BY Confidence & Worthiness Should you feel distress and discomfort, please have water and say IT’S RELEASING! a few times
- 5. Sipping thro water for your duration is highly recommended
- 6. You can come for 5 mins, 10 mins, alll 30 mins, one Wednesday, all Wednesdays – you suit yourself!
- 7. The call (on instanttele seminar) will begin with the sound of a gong and will end with it too.
- 8. Our calls are as much to heal as to train the mind and slow down, even quieten mental chatter that increases in Mercury retrograde
